The size is suitable for a young person, not an adult; it's really tight on the neck and painful. I also got a charging cable that doesn't work, luckily I have another one from another device. In short, I'm not satisfied and it's a real shame because I was hoping for a neck-relief massager.

Very good project! You need to get used to it, put it on your neck and enjoy a good, strong massage comfortably. We recommend it.
